Don't you hate it when Elton Bloody John rocks up and steals the limelight !
This multi day, multi venue wedding was epic and memorable as it ranged from classic English afternoon tea to a full on Ibiza style rave-up and merged both genres seamlessly. Finger sandwiches with a Jager bomb chaser. This could definitely catch on!
The day started with a beautiful ceremony at Glenfield Registry Office and Claire, you looked absolutely beautiful. I really love some of these classic shots with a twist and if anyone was wondering what happens when someone flashes their knickers behind the photographer, just check out the main picture on this page.
Badgers Mount provided a perfect setting for a relaxing English afternoon tea. The best man’s speech was fantastic with the perfect balance of emotion and character assassination. As you can imagine, I see a lot of best man speeches but Mitchell, having guest speakers was a unique and hilarious masterstroke. If you look closely at the pictures of James during these speeches , you can actually see his backside clenching as more people stand up to contribute!
The following evening The Pitches venue in Hinckley played host to a massive reception party. This was a fantastic evening with all your must have wedding boxes being ticked.

You know, typical wedding stuff!
And yes, this happened and it was kind of brilliant and terrible in equal measures but definitely memorable. A little something that you guys might not be aware of is that I ended up giving Elton a lift home when I found him stumbling around outside in the dark near the exit of the rugby club. He thought I was his taxi and just got in and I didn’t have the heart to boot him out!!!
This was a fantastic and diverse few days and I truly enjoyed myself. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your special day. You guys are a beautiful couple and I hope these photos have captured all of the beautiful, emotional, funny and embarrassing moments for you to enjoy and look back on for years to come.
